Privacy policy
Effective from May 12, 2026
AI Zona respects your privacy. This page explains who controls personal data connected with the site, what data may be processed, why it is processed and what rights you have under the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The controller for data processed in connection with aizona.cz is Ondřej Zuščík, author and operator of AI Zona.
2. What data we process
AI Zona does not track you or actively require personal data. In particular:
- No registration or login. The magazine has no user accounts.
- No comments or user-generated content. There is currently nowhere for you to submit your own data.
- No third-party analytics scripts such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel run on the site.
- No marketing or advertising cookies.
3. Hosting logs
The site runs on Vercel. Vercel may automatically store technical server logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser user agent for operation, security and abuse prevention. These logs are not used for marketing. Read the Vercel privacy policy.
4. Cookies
AI Zona does not set its own cookies. Any cookie associated with aizona.cz is a technical hosting cookie required to operate the site and is not used for profiling.
5. External links
Articles link to external websites, sources and social networks. Once you leave AI Zona, the external operator's privacy policy applies. AI Zona is not responsible for their content or data processing.
6. Newsletter
The newsletter is not active yet and email addresses are not stored. When it launches, this policy will be updated with the provider, legal basis and unsubscribe process.
7. Your rights
As a data subject, the GDPR gives you the right to:
- request information about the processing of your data,
- request access to your data and ask for it to be corrected or completed,
- request deletion, also known as the right to be forgotten,
- request restriction of processing,
- request data portability,
- object to processing,
- file a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Because AI Zona does not actively collect personal data, most of these rights would apply only to technical hosting logs described in section 3.
